after myla woke up to balloons on her birthday,
had chocolate cake for breakfast & opened her gifts.
she also chose her birthday activity for the day…
we had dinner here, then planned an evening to paint fenway park at the paint bar!
it was the perfect painting for our family!
we will now have a gallery of 6 fenways in our home!
this was husbands first time to paint! and he was such a good sport!

when she’s not thinking about creating something, she’s probably playing tennis, futsol, soccer, reading, scheming, playing computer games/video games, or watching tv/movies.
though to be honest, even when she’s doing these other things, i think she’s still thinking about creating.

wow. last week we were all doing school projects around here.
i finished my finals, woo-hoooo!
now, there is almost three weeks of no classes. sounds beautiful.
next semester i’ll be taking a typography class, and yet another art history class.
i was considering not going to school this next semester, felt so tired.
then.
then, i bought new pens. and new supplies get me super-excited.
it’s kinda like cleaning. i don’t get overly excited about actual cleaning,
but i get pretty thrilled over new cleaning products.
go figure. lets be honest, i’m just an outstanding consumer.

this semester will be finished.

two weeks ago, i turned in a beast of a term paper.
it was a museum project for my upper division art history class.
the longest paper i have ever written.
i thought end notes & research sources were going to be the death of me!
we were required to assemble an entire museum exhibition, with endless details.
i chose to focus on party themes in art {of course!}
i titled the exhibition “partyARTstyle,” and focused on all types of things like bacchanals, masks in art,
