the cazookie.

kiana and three of her besties had their own little end-of-school soiree last week.

when the final bell rang, they all headed over to ‘the chocolate’ here in orem.

these young ladies are all fans of ‘the cazookie,’ which is:
your choice of two cookies doughs baked together in a cake pan and topped with a scoop of melty vanilla bean ice cream.

sounds divine, right? yeah. so, i’ve forbidden myself to even taste it! i’m trying to eat good, and once i take even the tinsiest bite of sugar – i’m a goner. it’s all or nothing, and right now: nothing.

so, my end-of-the-school-year celebration is going to have to be post-poned until we’re celebrating something else…

maybe my next celebration will be: when i’ve unpacked our last box in boston! that will definitely be a reason for sugar! ::smiles::

have you had a cazookie? visited the chocolate?
i highly recommend it – if you’re eating sugar!!!
{it’s a great place for any-reason-to-celebrate, even if that just means: happy weekday!}

  1. We have something called a bizookie here in Indiana!! Amazing!!! Jane, again can’t tell you enough what an inspiration you are as a creative, involved spirited mom. I didn’t grow up in a household like that, yet I want to make sure my 11month old (and future children for that matter) do!! Thanks 🙂 I’m hosting a Mickey 1st bday in 2 weeks …and creative ideas off the top of your head? 🙂

  2. I love The Chocolate! I take my kiddos there for the mini cupcakes. I don’t feel as guilty when we get those! Next time we might have to try the cazookie!

  9. Yumm! In California (and I’m sure other locations) they have a pizza place called BJ’s which has the pazzoki and it is aaaaa-mazing! But, after you ate it you met your sugar quota for the year! Lol

  10. I have the same problem with sugar!!!!! I’m trying to lose the baby weight and I have 5 more lbs to go. So this morning got on the scale lost 2 more lbs! and what did I do to celebrate….. I had 5 chocolate chip cookies! Serious why is sugar so addicting?! I feel amazing off of it, and tired eating it yet it is so hard to resist! Good job on not having any!
