Myla’s Baptism ~ January 5, 2008

She was radiant, all day. She was full of such a zeal that she couldn’t walk anywhere, she ran. The program ~She was baptized by Grant Underwood and Confirmed by Scott Bland. Her fondness of red!She wants to thank everyone for their thoughtful gifts. Spicy: notice, she already colored her pillowcase this afternoon – also, she added one detail to the baptismal font: the mirror.
Thank you to our friends & family who participated, it was a special day for Myla and absolutely perfect for our family.

Oh i love that Pillowcase idea where they can color it! Super cute!

  2. What a wonderful day. You have such a beautiful family. You always look sublimely happy. Oh and I completely love that Myla had to wear red shoes! Only 8 years old and already she’s fabulous. Look out!

  3. Myla looks beautiful in her white dress. I remember when Lance and I were her sunday school teachers two years ago and it’s hard to imagine she is a big 8 year old and getting baptised. Tell her I’m proud of her!

  4. That is so great! That will always be a very special day for her. I am so proud 🙂

  5. Myla is so cute! We hear about her constantly from Chase 🙂 This trip he was telling me how she’s “smokin’ hot”! I’m sure this was such a special day for all of you!

  6. I can’t believe how big your kids are getting. We didn’t know you had another, Sela. She is a mini Myla. Hope all is well.

  7. So good to hear from you all and get your Christmas card. What a fun blog you have. Jaeden was baptized on the same day and got the same pillowcase! It is amazing how these kids are growing up. She looks beautiful!

  8. LOVE the family picture of you guys. What a special day. ALways and emotional day for me. And I love that is was raining/snowing that day. The earth was being “baptized” too – just like on Chase’s baptism day. OK – strike that comment – the earth was not being baptized just cleaned. I don’t want to curse another flood upon us! Congrats Myla – we are all proud of you!
