honeypot hill orchards

hay rides + caramel apples + hot apple cider + homemade cider donuts {ah, heaven.} + feeding furry friends + running through a hedge maze + we walked up and down rows of apple trees, picking as we pleased = the most splendid afternoon at the orchard!

…it was about thirty minutes out of our way, and worth every mile.

go pick apples, my friends!

xoxo.

  1. Love, love, love how you guys are embracing the east coast traditions! Apple picking is one of our favorites. We found blueberry picking here in the summer. It’s the blueberry capitol (Hammonton, NJ) Some are pick-ur-own. Better than any store bough.

  2. great pictures!!!
we just totally picked tons of apples for a service project and they are delicious!

i want to eat a caramel apple so bad!! december = braces OFF! 😉

  3. I just love reading about your family adventures….what a fun time in the orchards…and Salem…and Washington DC. Fall is my most favorite time of year too.

  4. This looks awesome! The hedge maze is beautiful. My boys would have LOVED to climb all the ladders to pick apples.
