this is one of the most amazing things i have ever seen! Dîner en Blanc. it happens every year (in a variety of locations) and the guests don’t know where they are going until 15 minutes before it starts. you bring your own white table + chairs, everyone wears white and and has a giant dinner party under the stars. most of the time, you are also requested to ride the public transportation to arrive so that the world still doesn’t know what is going on till – presto! the event has started! doesn’t it look magical?
alt. design summit officially starts at 9am this morning! woo*hoo! {i also had dinner with a great group of design bloggers last night.} i am so excited for the next three days.
tonight, alt. is hosting a “winter wonderland” party. they have planned their own, “diner en Blanc.” it’s going to be so fun to see everyone all together! cheers to blanc! have you ever attended ann all-white attire event? what do you think? this could be great inspiration for a special event.
