Today was our Christmas Sunday because Next Sunday – Dusty, Kiana, and I will be at her Nutcracker Matinee. So, after our church meetings today, I rushed everyone outside into the cold with my zebra chair for family photos — they were very nice about it considering the chill…Kaymen had his grooming appt. and came home fluffy & festive –I have never made Gingerbread cookies, and it’s something I’ve been wanting to do. This evening, along with our annual sugar cookies I tried Gingerbread for the first time. Caryn Morton gave me her recipe and they are delicious! The kids had lots of fun making a mess,

My nephew “Wil” was participating in the pre-dinner activities: coloring, tongue twisters, etc. etc.We can’t get enough of Lilly Marie!Sela & Lilly the blanket I made for Lilly…
Myla & KJ playing the the army men grandma gave KJbilliardsmore ROCK BAND!Evidently Sela has “mis-placed” one of the ROCK BAND drumsticks, so we have temporarily resorted to using SWORDS because our hands get tired/sore without something.Myla is our most addicted ROCK STAR…

Kiana & Sela, Sela is so fun – as long as she is with a member of her immediate family, she is willing to do anything!This was our first cruise around the neighborhood before we realized we HAD to have goggles, because the 4-wheeler was kicking up so much slush!Myla: “Our snowman smokes & plays basketball?”

Today was my MOM’s birthday, after our family went to Wil’s concert we had a birthday lunch at the Magleby’s Grill, with lots of cake!This is my first “Thaanum” great-niece, Lilly-Marie!

to go sledding via 4-wheeler! This was Dusty out with the kids last weekend, we are hoping for MORE snow like this so the fun activities can continue. Kiana, Hally (Kiana’s friend), and KJ are on the tube-sled. KJ sipping his cocoa right after sledding, the cocoa latte’ machine was running around the clock.Myla’s friend Roslyn (a.k.a. Roz) moved to Dubai with her family last August, but is home to visit for the holidays – Myla missed her SO much – welcome home Rozy!!!One of my favorite old-fashioned traditions – paper snowflakes! The kids & I stayed up late the other night cutting these out,
