What a fun night!
It was my turn to host, and one of my very dearest friends – Susan – came early to help me cook. I want to share with you one of the cutest & easiest things she makes-
First of all, you only need spray oil, fancy shredded parmesean cheese, and a bowl.
Spray your pan, make a thin layer of cheese in a circle, fry, when it starts to golden, carefully flip the cheese over using a fork, fry till the other side is also golden. Remove carefully and place over a small bowl. It’s optional, to use a second bowl to place over the cheese to help it form.
Ta-da, parmasean cheese bowls to serve your salad in! And, they are delicious!

Thank you to everyone who came and the fabulous prizes you brought!
A few of my favorite quotes of the evening –

Diane: “She’s the queen B!”
Shannon: “I need a tutor…” and “…those are natural B’s…”
Caryn: “I speculated the pink dice would be more fun to play with than it turns out…”
