shutter booth photo booth

welcome, my newest sponsor!

shutter booth!

this is the coolest, most up-to-date, fun {and memorable!} activity you can plan for your next party or event!

we just used shutter booth for kiana’s 12th birthday party.

definitely the unique way to capture it all!
and, wow, the hit of the party!

not only was the photo booth a really fun activity for all the kids {and maybe even more fun for the adults}, but so many goodies were included!

shutter booth was very convenient,

.....

i mentioned here, that kiana returned home from the philippines to a birthday gift surprise…

she opened her bedroom door to find a new grey/black mixed shag area rug, new bedding, a new lamp shade, a new little owl, and a painting by yours dearly, me…

for this painting assignment, we had to create an analagous colors collage, with 4-6 colors.

my little collage is pictured on the left.

then we painted a larger version of the collage. i chose to make mine pretty big,

.....

They were the fastest 12 days ever… I think Bear would agree. We left EARLY in the morning after staying up getting caught up on LOST (which mom fell asleep in). Kiana would NOT wake up. I had to physically pick her up out of bed and put her in the shower to wake up. It was the funniest thing. She has this sort of zombie like state she gets in when super tired.

As you can see… she picked up where she left off at the club in SLC and then slept on me all the way to San Fran. However, in San Francisco, what we were doing kicked in and she started enjoying the trip.

.....

because next year she’ll be a jr. high girl,
and it’s probably not cool to have birthday treats from momma!
{i, personally, would take cake bites, any day, from anyone!}

kiana requested the sweet tooth fairy cake bites, the bakery drizzled her favorite color on top…a special little extra.

and, ramune‘ sodas. a fave for almost any kid! but especially this girl.

kiana & her 6th grade besties!
