Myla came to Dusty this morning and said…
{insert whiny voice…}

Myla: “Dad, KJ wrote on his DS.”
Dusty: “KJ, did you do this.”
KJ: “Yep!”
Dusty: “KJ, why did you do that?”
KJ: “I don’t know. Sometimes my head just gets crazy and I do stuff.”

We all laughed… lesson learned: Say something funny and you get out of trouble.

last night, when I finally went to bed, there was no room for mama in my own bed. this is a common sight around here, all the kids & Kaymen in my bed. Each of the kids likes to sleep in my bed with their favorite “grandma Connie quilt” with them. It’s a good thing we have 7 bedrooms.?. I mean, in a few years we might actually use them. ??? Kaymen always slept with us pre-kids then as he was bumped down the totem pole 4 times he was usually kept in his own space/room somewhere. But, as of lately, with his old age, he has been allowed to sleep with me again. The strange thing is,

I should have posted this before I went to the Philippines (thanks Jane for the pic). This is what I came home to the day before I left- Rubber part of fender with license plate laying on the ground, saw laying next to it (although it was a hack saw, not this saw). I was horrified of course and immediately looked for Myla or KJ (the only two with devious enough minds to come up with this- my angel Kiana actually has a conscience, and Sela is too young of course… I’m sure she’ll get into a fair amount of trouble… refer to toilet picture in a prevous post).
