Her date – who is a good friend dressed up in this ape costume that actually used to be our families. We gave it away when we moved to Boston and it came back to us – in an answer. He also gave her dried bananas, fresh bananas, and frozen bananas, ha!
Myla’s date answered her with a BIG piece of wood on our doorstep and a sign that read, “I WOOD love to go to preference with you!” Often times the dates will answer in a similar theme to how they were asked. Making it EXTRA creative!
With two daughters in high school we are in the midst of dances – and ideas to ask/answer someone to a dance. These are a few we’ve done his year, and a couple of the ways our girls have been answered. I’m not always there to get a ppicture of the answer. However, I’ve always loved this tradition – it takes a bit of invested time to prepare, but the fun involved is great. Have you or your kids had any creative asking/answering lately?
