activity days + treats

January 26, 2010

my girls both came home with treats from their seperate activity days today.

myla made these cute fruit-snowmen, using kabob sticks + bananas, chocolate chips, pretzel sticks, a slice of carrot, apples, and blueberries…

kiana’s group made white-chocolate covered pretzels as a valentine’s treat. i forced myself to only have two, they were really good!

{trying very hard to be healthy & not eat sugar.}

activity days

April 29, 2009

this week the girls made their own kaleidoscopes. they had a really good time putting them together. A few months ago, I lucked out and found these little kits at 1/2 price because the store I was shopping at {due to the economy} was going out of business. The pictures below don’t do them justice, these kits are adorable! If you are interested, the best price I found online is here.
“seeing stars: build your own kaleidoscope kit.”
