Recently, Mallory and about five of her divine comedy pals used our home {mostly the basement} to film the youtube video posted below.

Our home theater is a bit of a shrine to ‘master chief’ and the xbox 360 game halo. my husband and son are fans. another 20 or more adults/kids come and go from our home on a regular basis to play halo here…

this also includes my daughters. they will one day be the ‘cool girls’

oh, regina…how i LOVE LOVE LOVE you.

her new album came out a few weeks ago,
and so far this is hands down my favorite song
on the album.

no music video yet, but you can hear it below…

kiana would love to dance to this in the upcoming year,
but i fear it might show up everywhere in the dance world
and we like more originality than that…

{big sigh}

for eight weeks. no more school, no more projects, no more tests…

i am going to play, play, play, with my family {and friends!}

and sleep. lots.

yesterday, i finished my art history from the renaissance class. we ended with a two-and-a-half hour essay final. i think all went fabulous.
{after staying up all night to study!}

and, I wrapped up my last 2d design class. we ended with a final assignment and a final in-class project. i had to “graffiti” a train. my kind of final!

we have lots of fun plans, and very disappointingly won’t be able to make it to the chalk art festival at the gateway but we went last year and loved it!
