Today is my sister-in-law Melanie’s birthday. She, my brother, and the kids came over for lunch after spending the morning at the Minnesota Zoo. We had cheeseburgers for lunch. And I made homemade Strawberry Frozen Yogurt and a birthday cake for dessert.

My niece Katelyn loves ice cream, so I showed her how it went in the ice cream machine and how it came out as ice cream. Of course I let her lick the ice cream paddle too when it was done.
